He started Chromatic to realize his passion for social work and has been spearheading policy advocacy campaigns as well as communications strategies; his most well-renowned work has been on tobacco control.

An accomplished expert in development support communications, Raila has secured and then led various socio-development projects catered to knowledge-sharing and building capacities – be it in advocacy, crowdfunding or storytelling.
Amina Sheikh
Head of Government Relations / Legal Consultant
An Advocate of the High Court, Amina has specialised in Public Policy and Politics. She has undertaken legislative work for the Federal Government of Pakistan namely, the Protection of Pakistan Ordinance and Cyber Crime Ordinance, and is presently a part of the legal team representing PML-N.

With a background in advertising, Dilara brings with her 14 years of experience in marketing communications and design. Her work reflects the human side of the brands she works with and is evident of her passion for finding and penning down stories that have heart and a lot of emotional value.
Sheharyar Khan
Policy Consultant
Sheharyar Khan has 15+ years of experience in development sector and public policy. He has worked with international development organizations, consultancy firms, donor organizations, UN agencies, and government/public sector organizations as a technical and policy advisor. His most prominent works include formulating the National Internal Security Policy (2018 – 2023), developing the National Counter Extremism Policy Guidelines and drafting Pakistan’s master plan for implementation of Special Economic Zones (SEZs)
